Automatic UV roller coating
Roller System
The roller coating line applies UV lacquers and impregnating agents to flat elements. The applicator rollers ensure uniform coating weight, and precise gap adjustment eliminates material waste. Drying via tunnels with forced air and UV lamps.

Automatic spray coating for 3D elements
Spray System
Automated spray lines with a portal or robot arm designed for lacquering elements with irregular shapes - fronts, profiles, doors and details. High lacquer transfer efficiency minimizes waste. Drying via tunnels with forced air and UV lamps.

PUR lines for decorative film laminating
Laminating and bonding
Automatic roller lines for high-capacity laminating of sheet and roll materials such as PET, PETG, PP, PVC, CPL, HPL, aluminum foil and SPC panels. PUR adhesive provides water-resistant bonding, which is required in bathroom and kitchen furniture.

Profile and wide panel wrapping
Film wrapping - Wrapping
Wrapping machines are ideal for wrapping furniture profiles, decorative panels and architectural elements. The system combines automation and precision, reducing labor costs while maintaining high production quality.

Applications: Production of skirting boards, door frames, aluminium and PVC profiles.
Melamine pressing in a short cycle
Press system - Short Cycle Press
PURETE short-cycle presses are used to apply decorative melamine, HPL and CPL surfaces to chipboard and MDF boards. High temperature and pressure applied for a matter of tens of seconds create durable and scratch-resistant surfaces.
