We order every machine individually, directly from the manufacturer. There is no requirement to order multiple units — one machine in any configuration.
Standard lead time is 6 to 16 weeks, depending on the manufacturer, model and machine configuration. We provide an exact date when confirming the order.
Yes. All machines we offer carry CE certification and full technical documentation in Polish. This applies to DXTECH, PURETE, JIYU and SMOOTH equipment.
Yes — we help configure purchases via leasing. We also work with an advisory firm that helps obtain EU grants for machinery purchases. Ask us for details.
Yes. We arrange delivery to your facility, machine commissioning and operator training. Terms are agreed individually when placing the order.
We provide remote technical support and can arrange spare parts delivery from the manufacturer. Warranty terms are specified in the contract.
We organise visits to client facilities where the client has agreed to a machine demonstration. Video demonstrations from the manufacturer are also possible.
